The new actions of the MUNAP-DGB are being popularized: the executive office is raising awareness among mutualists.

Presentation of the important points of the statutes, internal regulations and the website, as well as the election of focal points from the different divisions and services of the General Directorate of Budget; this is the essence of the awareness-raising caravan organized from December 28, 2023 to January 11, 2024.

Often unknown or at least misunderstood, the actions of a mutual insurance company provoke much discussion and debate within administrations. If the financial withholdings suffered by mutualists are the triggering elements of this turmoil, it should be noted that access to accurate information remains an important foundation for proper functioning. It is aware of this reality that the new leadership of the National Mutual Society of the Personnel of the General Directorate of Budget (MUNAP-DGB) initiated an awareness-raising caravan aimed at popularizing the new compass guiding the actions of the ship led by Flore Goma since July 15, 2023.

In order to improve the actions of a mutual insurance company that is on the verge of revising its texts, this campaign aims to enable the new executive to refine its roadmap, namely, to maintain the spirit of mutualism within the General Budget Directorate and to make MUNAP-DGB a high-performing mutual society, including, the establishment of a more solid social security system for all mutualists.

In order to achieve this, the meetings provide details on the articles of the statutes and internal regulations, while explaining the progress made, such as the establishment of the website since the last quarter of 2023. Emphasis is also placed on the rights and duties of mutualists, with a focus on mandatory contributions and assistance arrangements in the event of positive and negative events. Furthermore, the presentations have led to the main prospects of MUNAP-DGB, which include, among other things, growth by integrating other administrations of Program 034 (State Budget Management); the introduction of complementary retirement and development actions.

Indeed, the aim here is to place the mutualist at the heart of the action, so that their interests are always at the forefront. The national campaign targets all personnel from the various central and decentralized structures, and is crowned by the election of focal points at the end of each awareness day. These will serve as a link between the Executive Office and the mutualists, in order to establish better cohesion within the institution.
