The members of the Board of Directors are elected for a renewable term of two years. The Board of Directors elects its president from within, by a two-thirds majority of the members present or represented.The Board of Directors has the most extensive powers to assess the management of the mutual.
In this capacity, it is charged notably with:
- Setting the action program of the mutual;
- Adopting the budget of the mutual;
- Adopting activity reports;
- Definitively approving the annual financial statements and financial reports (administrative and management);
- Adopting the agenda for the General Assembly as well as all documents submitted to this body;
